Molasses Reef needed a brand identity that reflected the unique offering of home ownership on an uninhabited island, serviced and managed by The Ritz-Carlton. We merged the history and natural beauty of the island with the modernity of the development. The result is an authentic, yet luxurious experience that transcends time. Half of phase one villas were sold within the first year of working together.
